Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Presidential Plumbing Group holds NSW plumbing licence #456894c, operates under ABN 69 360 520 335, and is fully insured for both residential and commercial work. Compliance certificates are issued for any work that requires them.

Can you come out tonight, or on the weekend?

Yes — we run a 24/7 emergency response, all hours of the day, and offer same-day service across Sydney. If it’s an active leak or a sewer overflow, call us on 0478 891 180 rather than using the form, and we’ll talk you through isolating it while we’re on the way.

What will it cost, and do you charge to quote?
Quotes are complimentary. Blocked drain clears start from $99, and renovation, gas and hot water work is quoted on what we find. Either way you’ll have a clear price to approve before any work starts — we don’t run an hourly meter in the background.
My drain keeps blocking. Do I have to dig up the yard?
Usually not. We’ll run a CCTV camera through the line first and locate the fault with a sonde, so we know whether it’s roots, a crack, a collapse or just a build-up. Where the pipe itself is damaged, pipe relining repairs it from the inside using an epoxy liner — no excavation, no trench across the lawn, no re-laying the driveway.
Do you handle new home builds and renovations?
Yes. We do full rough-in and fit-off for new residential builds — sewer and stormwater drainage, water and gas rough-in, and fixture fit-off with certification. We also handle kitchen and bathroom renovations, fixture upgrades and commercial fitouts, working to your builder’s or tiler’s program.
Should I repair or replace my hot water system?
It depends on the age of the unit and what’s failed. A faulty element, thermostat or tempering valve is usually worth repairing; a tank that’s rusted through is not. We’ll assess it, tell you honestly which way we’d go, and quote you either way before you decide.
How do I pay?
Card, tap, bank transfer or cash on completion — the major payment methods are shown above. For larger renovation and new-build work we’ll set out payment stages in the quote so there are no surprises.
